Making Hearts & Such
In order to raise funds in support of our mission, the Harpswell Islands School Community individually handcrafts ceramic clay pins, ornaments, buttons, pendants and plaques. Parents, children and community members alike donate their time and talent to hand roll, cut and paint and glaze each individual piece, which then makes the journey through the school kiln twice before becoming a finished product.
